Sauna and Hammam

Sauna - Room covered in wood with temperatures between 75-80ºC. Indicated to detoxify the body and stimulate blood circulation. It is advisable that, after staying in the sauna, a cold shower is followed, to reactivate the cardiovascular system and cleanse the skin of the toxins that accumulate on the surface of the sweaty skin.

Turkish bath - Also known as Hammam, the Turkish bath is performed in a room at 39-40ºC and with a humidity of 97-99% mixed with eucalyptus essence. It stimulates blood circulation, relieves the upper respiratory tract and provides relaxation.
