Terms and conditions for purchasing vouchers


What is the Thalasso Voucher Platform?

This is an online platform for selling vouchers for services provided by Thalasso Caparica located in Costa da Caparica.


How does purchasing the voucher on the website work?

The operating process is simple:

1- Select the service

Choose from Thalassotherapy Treatments, Massages and Body/Face Treatments

2- Click buy

Fill in your details via the form to make your purchase

3- Make Payment

After registering the order, payment is made by Multibanco Reference/MB WAY/VISA

4- Receive the voucher

After payment, you will receive all information related to your voucher by email.


Do I have to register to buy a voucher?

It is not necessary. Filling in data is intended to confirm data for billing.


Do I need to use the voucher on the day I buy it? What is the validity?

The voucher is used depending on your preference and availability, within a period of 6 months after the date of purchase or 1 month for promotional vouchers.

All vouchers have the validity mentioned in their description.

To use your voucher after the expiration date (maximum up to 4 months) you must pay an additional fee of 20 euros.


Is payment secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and complies with all e-commerce and data protection regulations.


How do I make payment?

After selecting the service you want and filling out the form with your details, you must choose the payment method and complete the purchase.


Do I need to send proof of payment?

It is not necessary as the system detects the payment, but you may have to wait 30 minutes for processing. If after 60 minutes, after payment, you do not receive any email from us, we ask that you contact us via:

How do I use the voucher?

After receiving the voucher by email, you can use it whenever you want, as long as it is within the corresponding expiration date. To do this, you must use the contact details mentioned in the voucher, in order to make a prior appointment and guarantee availability.

You must ALWAYS print the voucher and present it, in printed form, on the day you use it.


Can I offer a voucher?

Yes of course. When making the purchase, you must indicate the name of the person who will receive the voucher.

You will receive the voucher you purchase in your email so you can print it or forward it by email to the person who will use the voucher services.

The total cost will not be mentioned, ensuring the description of the offer.


Can I use the voucher more than once?

No. Each voucher will be assigned a voucher number, with a unique reference, and can only be used once.


Will I receive the voucher immediately?

After payment, it is automatically sent to you by email. If you do not receive the voucher after 60 minutes after payment, you can contact us via:

I bought a voucher but didn't receive it, what do I do?

If you do not receive your email, please check your spam folder.

Whenever the voucher reception limits exceed those described in the point above, you must contact us so that the process can be investigated.

Cancellation and refund policy

The payment made can never be refunded, but rather replaced by a service of equal or lesser value.


Appointments, cancellations and rescheduling

They can be made in person at reception, via WhatsApp 916 189 585or email geral@thalassocaparica.com.

The day before your reservation you will receive a booking confirmation message, reminding you of the appointment time.

You must always arrive 15 minutes before the treatment accompanied by your printed voucher, in order to have time to fill in the details and change your clothes.

If your voucher includes a thalassotherapy service, you must bring a sanitized bathing suit and slippers.

If you wish to make any changes to your voucher reservation, we ask that you pay attention to the following points:

- Without any penalty, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

- Failure to show up without prior notice or canceling treatment less than 24 hours in advance will result in the voucher being invalidated, i.e. this voucher will be considered completed. Therefore, we ask that you pay attention to appointments made on Mondays, as we are closed on Sundays and cancellations/reschedulings must be made by 7:30 pm on Saturday.
