It begins with a sauna and hammam session, both of which have a detoxifying and relaxing effect, preparing the body to feel the benefits of a massage of all the muscles in the body, from the feet to the head, including the face, relieving all the accumulated tension and stimulating the release of endorphins. Shiatsu, foot reflexology and Indian head massage techniques are also used, as well as essential oils and heated towels, ending with chakra alignment.
A romantic tea ritual is served between treatments or at the end of the program.
